The spectrum of musical events is broad and ranges from classical music concerts to experimental sound experiences. Every second summer semester, music-loving university members and artists transform the campus into a musical work of art for the Night of Sounds.

To kick off the winter semester, the Bielefeld Philharmonic Orchestra regularly performs in the central hall (Universitätshauptgebäude).

The university ensembles, consisting of the University Choir, University Orchestra, UniBigband and Ensemble sans sens, cover the entire musical spectrum: from classical music to new music, everything is included.
